L&T-S&L’s scope : Home and Site office based complete Project Management, Review, Supervision and Monitoring, Inspection and Performance testing of replacement of 5 HRSGs for 2350 MW DUBAL’s captive unit for smelter plant
Configuration :
- 5 GE make 9BE GTs
- 5 Bilfinger make HRSGS
Key Technical Features :
- HRSG Capacity : 228 Tons/Hr @ temperature of 212.4 0C (saturated) and pressure of 19 bar(g)
- All HRSGs are connected to a common steam header. The common steam header supplies steam to two Back Pressure Steam Turbine (ST), to desalination plant and to two feed water (FW) tanks.
